My Mother's Daughter

Well....I guess hell froze over! I planted a garden. I am growing beans, cucumbers, carrots, watermelons, cantalope, honeydew, tomatoes, peppers, and squash.
.
.
I used to tell my Mom that hell would freeze over before I would get into gardening and yard work, so I guess hell has finally froze.
.
.
I am very excited about my new garden and I am sure I will be pushing my wares off on my friends and family any day now.

One Tatted Brina

Wow, another finished tattoo. Zach is right, I am one tatted Brina. I love this one. It completely covers my scars and is beautifully done by my good friend Donnie. I think I am having an "I'm almost 30" crisis. Is this normal??

Surrounded by morons

Here is another fantastic post from my friend Lewis:
.

I was born in Needles California; a small town in the south eastpart of California. The States of Arizona, Nevada, Utah and the country of Mexico; are a hop skip and jump from Needles. The colorado River flows near the town of Needles.Durning the summer months, Needles is one of the hottestcities in America. Temperatures rise to a hundred and tendegrees in the shade.I enjoyed the first twelve years of my life in Needles. My parents decided to move us to a larger city.I am the fifth sibling of six. One of my siblings passed onas a young child. I have three brothers and one sisterthat are still living. Three of us grauated from a fouryear university, and two from Jr. colledge. My teenage and some of my adult years were spent inAltadena, California. A city parrallel and just above the Rose Bowl city of Pasadena. I grauated from John MuirHigh School in Pasadena. All my life I have been envoled in every kindof music, that one can mention. I have performed in bands from elementry through this currenttime. As two of my sibling grauated from Pasadena Jr. colledge,I also grauated from Pasadena Jr. colledeg with an AAdegree in music. After extensive world travelling, I achieved a BAmusic ed. in 1985 from California State University at Los Angeles. Now I am back in school to finish more academic work.

Siminars???

As you all know I am pursuing a Masters Degree through University of Phoenix. One of our discussion questions was: Give examples of how research is used in your work place.
.
.
One of my peers answered as follows:
.
.

At my work place we have an abundance of researchresources. We as music teachers have several siminars, durning the year. At the siminars we would have at least thirty or up to fifty individuals. The more music teachers at the siminars,we can share a lot of info . Most of the timethere is a diverse amount of inputThis is a good thing it' like a win/win situation.
.
How did he get his Bachelor's Degree?
.
.
And can anyone define for me what a "Siminar" is!!
